Since the release of Play last year, I’ve had the opportunity to do many concerts with different friends and accompanists, in a few different configurations. The cd release dates were celebrated with Roger, Mark and Christine, who I’ve been so lucky to have around for four years, our tour in the Maritimes had Christine and I stripping things down to a duo and the Canadian west coast trip paired me up with two of the stellar musicians on Play, drummer Geoff Hicks and producer/guitarist Steve Dawson.
Now, here comes a new experiment! For a few years, I’ve had my mind on improving as a solo performer, becoming a self-contained music box when I need and want to be :O) strong enough to carry the songs and keep the audience engaged. Well, I’ll be able to test out this new goal as I head back to the Maritimes in April for a short tour. All by myself!! I bought a GPS today!! :P I’m practicing a lot and it seems to be bearing fruit, still there’s lots of work to do, but I’m having lots of fun in the process.
There are more band shows coming up in June as well as a live video shoot! Check the shows page often because I update it regularly with new dates as they come!

Depuis la sortie de Play l’an passé, j’ai eu l’opportunité de faire plusieurs concerts avec différents amis et accompagnateurs, sous quelques différentes configurations. Les spectacles de lancement furent célébrés avec Roger, Mark et Christine, que je me compte si chanceuse d’avoir avec moi depuis les quatre dernières années, la tournée dans les Maritimes en duo avec Christine et aussi le voyage dans l’ouest canadien avec deux des très talentueux musiciens de Play, Geoff Hicks à la batterie et Steve Dawson, le guitariste/réalisateur.
Et voici, je passe à une autre configuration! Depuis quelques années, j’ai dans la tête l’idée de devenir une meilleure interprète solo. Je voudrais être ma propre boîte musicale quand j’en ai besoin et/ou envie :O) en sachant donner vie aux chansons assez pour rejoindre le public. Et bien, j’aurai maintenant la chance de tester ce nouvel objectif, parce que je me prépare une petite tournée des Maritimes au moi d’avril. Toute seule!! J’ai acheté un GPS aujourd’hui!! :P Je pratique beaucoup et ça semble porter fruit, même s’il y a encore du travail, je m’amuse énormément à le faire.
